1. Operator Scope & Service Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, reservations, ticket vouchers, and participation in all motorized quad bike (ATV) tours, Ayung River white-water rafting expeditions, combination adventure packages, and private return hotel transfers operated by Bali ATV & Rafting Adventure Ubud (“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered and based in Ubud (Payangan, Gianyar, Bali, Indonesia).
By reserving a tour through our official website (ubudatvandrafting.com), official WhatsApp concierge, or authorized direct representatives, the customer (“Participant”, “Guest”, or “Lead Booker”) acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.
2. Pricing, Inclusions & Payment Methods
- Official Currency: All rates are quoted transparently in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Approximate conversions to foreign currencies (USD, AUD, EUR, SGD) displayed on the website are indicative and based on daily spot rates.
- Standard Package Inclusions: Unless explicitly noted otherwise, each ticket includes safety orientation, certified lead & sweep trail marshals, sanitized helmet and rubber boots (or lifejacket & paddle for rafting), secure storage lockers, clean private shower facilities with towels, Indonesian buffet lunch, and basic emergency accident insurance.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept online payments via 3D-Secure Payment Links (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express), Indonesian QRIS, domestic bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BRI), as well as cash and physical card terminals upon arrival at our Ubud basecamp.
- No Hidden Taxes or Park Fees: The rates published on our direct catalog represent the final price. No hidden entrance levies or village taxes are charged on site.
3. Cancellation Policy, 50% Fee & Rescheduling
Unlike third-party reseller portals, we operate real machines, reserve dedicated field marshals, and lock in raft capacities for your exact reserved slot. Consequently, voluntary guest cancellations are subject to our standard 50% fee policy:
No-Show Policy: Guests who fail to arrive at our Ubud basecamp or who are not present at their scheduled hotel lobby pickup time without notifying our concierge at least 6 hours in advance will be classified as a “No-Show”. No-shows are subject to a 100% forfeiture with zero refund, as dedicated vehicles and instructors are dispatched.
Weather & Force Majeure (Rain or Shine): Bali ATV quad biking and Ayung River rafting operate rain or shine! Tropical showers create prime mud conditions and thrilling river splashes. Ponchos are provided free of charge. In the rare event of extreme, hazardous weather (such as flash flood alerts or official river closure notices issued by safety marshals), the Operator reserves the right to postpone the tour or offer a 100% full refund.

For safety reasons, ATV riding and white-water rafting are strictly prohibited for pregnant guests, individuals with severe epilepsy, chronic cardiovascular conditions, recent back/spinal surgeries, or anyone intoxicated by alcohol or non-prescribed substances.
5. Safety Regulations & Trail Discipline
Safety is our highest non-negotiable priority. Prior to entering the trail or river, all participants undergo a compulsory safety and throttle briefing. Participants agree to:
- Wear certified safety helmets and rubber boots (or lifejackets for rafting) at all times during the expedition.
- Maintain a safe distance of at least 3 to 5 meters from preceding quad bikes on wet mud, river crossings, and stone tunnels.
- Strictly obey all instructions, hand signals, and pace directives issued by the lead marshal and sweep guides.
- Refrain from reckless driving, donuts, overtaking the lead guide, or intentional vehicle ramming. The Operator reserves the right to immediately terminate the tour for any rider behaving dangerously, with zero refund.
6. Emergency Accident Insurance & Personal Property
Every direct participant is enrolled under our basecamp emergency accidental medical insurance policy covering accidental injuries sustained during the official tour under marshal supervision. This policy does not replace international comprehensive travel medical insurance.
Personal Valuables & Electronic Devices: Complimentary secure lockers are provided at our basecamp. Guests are advised to leave jewelry, passports, and non-waterproof electronics inside their locker. While waterproof dry bags are provided for rafting, the Operator accepts no liability for water damage, drops, or mud ingress affecting personal phones, cameras, sunglasses, or GoPros brought onto the courses.
7. Private Hotel Return Transfers
All hotel transfers arranged through our service are 100% private (we do not operate shared group shuttles). A dedicated, air-conditioned vehicle and private driver are reserved exclusively for your party across designated Bali tourism zones (Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Legian, Sanur, Nusa Dua, and Jimbaran).
Guests must be present in their hotel lobby or villa driveway at the designated pickup time. Bali road traffic can occasionally cause variations of 10 to 20 minutes; our dispatch team communicates live updates via WhatsApp.
